Refund Policy

30 DAY GLOBAL RETURN GOLD STAR GUARANTEE

ICL is pleased to provide the most progressive returns policy in the region. In making a purchase, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

 

10 Days Money Back

Customers have 10 days from date of purchase to return a purchased item (Merchandise) for a full refund. Merchandise and packaging must be in new condition (no scratches, marks, modifications or wear indication and if clothing, not worn – see below for other exclusions)

 

30 Days Return

From 11 to 30 days after purchase, Merchandise may be exchanged for replacement merchandise or an Island Companies Gift Card. Where a Customer exchanges Merchandise for an item of higher value than the returned Merchandise, the Customer shall pay the price difference between the items. Where a Customer exchanges the Merchandise for an item of lesser value, the remaining balance will be credited in the form of a gift card valid for 12 months, redeemable at any Island Companies store.

Customers also have the option of exchanging Merchandise for store credit. Store credit will be given in the form of a gift card, redeemable at any Island Companies store.

 

Credit/Debit Card & Cheque Purchases

All refunds of Merchandise purchased by credit or debit card shall be made by credit to the same card used for the purchase. If the form of purchase is not known, a gift card for the price of the Merchandise will be issued. Refunds for purchases made by cheque shall be made after the cheque has cleared as reasonably determined by Island Companies.

 

General Exclusions and Limitations

The following Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom sized Merchandise
  • Special orders (items not in stock at time of order)
  • Merchandise purchased on layaway plan which purchases are final at the time of the plan agreement
  • Watches excluded as all watches are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Sale Items
  • Identification is required for all Customers returning Merchandise

 

All shipping, customs or similar expenses shall be paid by the Customer.

Merchandise can be returned to any Island Companies store.

Warranty/Certificate must be returned with Merchandise.
